Gentle Exercise

Do you want to keep fit, improve wellbeing and build social connections? Then Exercise for All Ages is for you! The class is affordable for all incomes and accessible for participants of all ages and abilities. Our friendly instructor Marie will motivate you to build confidence, physical strength, balance, bone density and health benefits. If you have any injuries please let the instructor know.

Gentle Yoga

(for disability / disadvantage)

Accessible Yoga is a beginner class aimed for people with disabilities and older people. This class is aimed at being accessible to lower income members of the community. Yoga is suitable for those participants with chronic illness, disabilities and older people (participants can be seated). *A Centerlink concession card must be provided. Filipa Valente will lead you gently through simple stretches, breathing and relaxation. There are limited places of only 14. Participants Prepayment is required in advance to secure a place.

Thursdays 10.15 -11.15 am.

Cost: $20 for 4 weeks
