FAMILY LEARNING WORKSHOPS

Port Phillip Community Group is proud to be launching a new series of FREE workshops next term commencing July 24th 2018 at Koolin-ngal Centre in South Melbourne. The new series will appeal to parents caring for their family on a low income. We will have guest speakers who will discuss low cost family nutrition, budgeting and financial skills, improving your computer skills and much more! Access PDF flyer here.

Do you know how to respond if someone is feeling distressed or disturbed?

We are holding a FREE workshop exploring how to respond to the specific mental health needs of people in your community. Everyone is welcome.

Workshops are facilitated by a qualified trainer and include a presentation from someone with their own lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery.

Entrepreneurial skills workshop

AirBnB

So many of us have most of our money tied up in our mortgage or rent. Make AirBnB work for you.

  • Bring in some extra money in your own hours 
  • Learn how to start an AirBnB
  • How to organise networks to help when you are away
  • How to troubleshoot problems
  • Find your AirBnB niche

 You don’t even need to own a property! Use your whole house/flat or just a room.

 We are running this workshop for 2 hours a week over four weeks, facilitated by a long term successful AirBnB host.
